Soul Mates Director Mark Gantt talks about the thrills and horrors of first dates with this psychological thriller out October 20th.
Director Mark Gantt, 54, talks about his latest projects set to hit screens Friday, October 20th, just in time for Spooky Season. This dating thriller follows the story of two singles who meet through a dating service designed to help them find their soul mate. The horror flick stars Neal McDonough as the Matchmaker, Charlie Weber and Annie Ilonzeh opposite each other as the navigate the strange and twisted situations to find the ultimate answer: Are they soulmates?
Gantt has spent years in the industry as an actor, producer, writer and director. His start in Hollywood was a lot less glamourous and started all the way back behind the set in the props department. This Hollywood Renaissance man worked his way up the ladder from behind the scenes setting the props to being in front of the camera using the props, some of his on screen credits include American Horror Story: Hotel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Criminal Minds and more. Mark talks about his break out role in "The Bannen Way" in which he was both a writer and lead character Neal Bannen.
Mark shares he is excited for people to see Soul Mates because it intensifies the dating scene. He's excited for audiences to watch until the very end in which they will be met with an unexpected twist that even he wasn't expecting.
