Attorney and Pastor Francys Johnson and Juandolyn Stokes of On Point with Juandolyn Stokes discuss the "Souls To The Capitol" protest.
Yesterday on, OPWJS Juandolyn was joined by attorney and pastor, Francys Johnson to invite the public to join Faith leaders who descended on the Georgia State Capitol for the "Souls to the Capitol" event to protest Republicans attempt to undermine voters rights in Georgia.
Johnson says, Republicans voter suppression attempts are a proximate threat to our freedom and the Democratic response is: "Hell No to the New Jim Crow!" Voter rights groups like the New Georgia Project and Faith leaders are standing in solidarity against voter suppression bills, SB 202 and any apartheid-like efforts that attack Black, Brown, immigrant, and young voters by imposing strict ID requirements.
