This week on, OPWJS Law and Legal segment with C.K.Hoffler, Juandolyn was also joined by immigration attorney's Zaira Solano, Pamela Peyado Stewart, and Latif Oduola-Owoo. Hoffler and her colleagues discussed The U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021, more specifically, what is it and what does it mean.


The attorney's spoke about the importance of this bill and the changes that it could bring to the immigrant community. The panelist expressed the effect an immigration status can have on the quality of life for many individuals including the constant fears they live with daily.


They also warned about the importance of being wary of agencies that claim to help immigrants like Rapid Visas, and how to prepare in case this bill is passed.
